Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be redeemed at the Birkenstock Online Shop (http://www.birkenstock.com/us). The gift certificates will be emailed to the email address provided. These can only be redeemed for all goods in the Birkenstock online shop (http://www.birkenstock.com/us), but not for the purchase of other gift certificates. In the Birkenstock online shop, it will be checked exclusively when redeeming whether the certificate is deposited in the system as valid, so no revocation occurred or has not been redeemed. A partial redemption of the certificate is possible. If the credit balance of a gift certificate is insufficient for the purchase, the difference can be compensated with the offered payment options.

With your purchase several gift certificates are redeemable.

REPAYMENT: If you have used a gift certificate with your purchase, but have then returned the goods, you will receive for the amount for which you have redeemed the certificate, from us a new certificate in the amount of the returned amount.

VALIDITY: The gift certificate and the credit thereon are redeemable with no expiration date.

TRANSFER-ABILITY: The gift certificate is transferable. The seller can make a liberating effect to the respective owner.

LOSS: If your gift certificate is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service at info@support.birkenstockusa.com . The customer service will then lock the gift certificate. If the credit balance on the gift certificate has not yet been redeemed, the credit will be reimbursed to you in the form of a new certificate. The old gift certificate loses its validity in this case.
