Can I cancel or amend my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, you can have it cancelled in its entirety by our customer service. After placing the order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery/billing address, to add further items, to remove individual items or to change the size/width of individual items.
Unfortunately, we cannot say in advance exactly when your order will be sent. The BIRKENSTOCK customer service team will be happy to help. In the “Contact us” section of our website, you will find the telephone number (go to “Contact Us”).
If your order has already been shipped, you can return it to us free of charge.
