Frequently asked questions

How do returns work?
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you can return unworn/unused items within 15 days, free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service Centre via the contact form or via email customerservice.me@birkenstock.com. Before contacting our agents, please have the order number at hand.

All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.

Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at www.birkenstock.com/om. If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.

Items purchased on www.birkenstock.com/om cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.

Can I get an exchange?

I have purchased a BIRKENSTOCK product from another retailer (domestic or international; online or offline); can I return them to you?
