SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In addition to a unique shopping experience in the BIRKENSTOCK online shop, we also offer quick and convenient shipping of your order.

Shipping method and duration

You choose:

• Our Standard delivery will reach you in 2 to 4 business days after you submit your order. We will send you a Shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse.
• We also offer Next Day delivery option. Due to operational limitations, this shipping method is only available on orders delivered to Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and placed from Monday to Sunday between 12AM to 2PM Saudi Arabia Time.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping
  Shipping is free of charge for invoice totals of 450 SAR or more. We charge 30 SAR for orders of less than 450 SAR.
• Next day shipping
  Shipping charge for orders with value above 450 SAR is 20 SAR. Orders of value less than 450 SAR, we charge 40 SAR.

Invoice and delivery address

You can specify an address other than the invoice address for delivery of your order. First enter your invoice address for the order. Then click on the 'Enter different delivery address button'. The only payment option for which a different delivery address is not possible is purchase on account.

Delivery within Saudi Arabia

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/sa-ar and birkenstock.com/sa to addresses within Saudi Arabia and only to customers with Saudi Arabia invoice address.
