Shipping method and duration

Below are the estimated days it will take for your order to arrive:

• Order preparation and hand over to our delivery partner: Up to 2 business days
• Order delivery to your address:
  Klang Valley (WP Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya): 1 - 3 business days
  Rest of West Malaysia: 2 - 6 business days
  East Malaysia: 5 - 11 business days
  

Shipping costs

Free shipping for orders above 150 MYR. For orders below 150 MYR, there will be a shipping charge of 6 MYR for deliveries to West Malaysia and 15 MYR for deliveries to East Malaysia.

Billing and delivery address

When placing your order, you can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address. To do this, first enter your billing address when ordering. Then click on the button "Specify different delivery address".

Delivery within Malaysia

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/my to addresses within Malaysia and only to customers with a Malaysia invoice address.
