RETURN POLICY
- Footwear and accessories may be returned or exchanged, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection.
- If you would like to return an item, please go to www.birkenstock.com/my/returns and follow the instructions.
- After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
- Products purchased on www.birkenstock.com/my must be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/my/returns. They cannot be returned to a Birkenstock store or authorized retailer.
AUTHORIZED RETAILER RETURNS
- Products purchased from a Birkenstock authorized retailer, or another online retailer cannot be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/my or at a Birkenstock store. Please contact the authorized retailer directly for information on their return policy.
HOW DOES RETURNS WORK?
1. Submit your return request online at www.birkenstock.com/my/return2. You'll receive an email with the pickup date.
3. Before the courier arrives, write down the Order Number on the original brown box packaging.
4. Our courier partner will pick up the return order on the scheduled date.
5. The returned items will be inspected at our warehouse.
6. If the items are in their original condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
7. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed.
