Why am I not able to select "payment against invoice"?
Sometimes, payment via invoice is not possible. This can have the following reasons:

  • Invoice and delivery address are different. This does not concern cases where the invoice and delivery address deviate because you are located in a EU member state other than the state of the country-specific online shop.
  • You chose a DHL Packstation (DHL collection point) as the delivery address.


In such a case, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to change the payment method to cash on delivery. This way, we can continue to process and deliver the order.
