Buy Christmas presents risk-free: we are offering a right to return which has been extended to 31 January 2023 for all items ordered between 29 November and 31 December 2022.
In addition to a unique shopping experience in the BIRKENSTOCK online shop, we also offer quick and convenient shipping of your order.

Shipping method and duration

You choose:

  • In cooperation with DHL, we will usually deliver your order in 2 to 3 business days after you placed your order. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will inform you via email and you will receive a link to track your order.
  • You can also choose a premium delivery by DHL. If we receive your order from Monday to Friday before 12 pm (noon), we will dispatch the order on the same business day. Unfortunately, there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. In this case, you will receive your order on the next business day. You will receive a link to track your order as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping costs

  • Standard delivery with DHL
    From an invoice total of 120,00 €, we will charge no shipping fees. If the order sum is below 120,00 €, we will charge shipping fees in the amount of 4,95 €.
  • Premium delivery with DHL (Premium)
    For a premium delivery we charge 6,49 € as shipment costs when the order value is below 120,00 €. If the order value is 120,00 € or higher, we charge 3,49 € as shipment costs for DHL Premium.

Invoice and delivery address

You can specify an address other than the invoice address for delivery of your order. First enter your invoice address for the order. Then click on the 'Enter different delivery address button'. The only payment option for which a different delivery address is not possible is purchase on account.

Delivery within Germany

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/de-en and birkenstock.com/de to addresses within Germany and only to customers with a German invoice address.

If you have registered with us, you can view and track your orders under 'My account'.

We’ll also send you a package tracking link in the shipping confirmation. So you’ll be able to track your package at all times. It can take up to 24 hours before DHL activates this link after we send your package.
