Where can I redeem a gift card?
- You can find the gift card code on the gift card which you received via email. During the order process, click on “Payment Methods” and select the method “gift card”.
- Enter the 16-digit code of your gift card in the code field and click on the arrow.
- Should the overall amount of your order exceed the value of your gift card, you can settle the remainder of the amount by means of another payment method. If the value of the gift card exceeds the overall amount of your shopping cart, the remaining balance remains on your gift card.
Information on deleted or lost gift cards:
In most cases, we can cancel the lost gift card and issue a new one. A cash payment is not possible. In order to process your inquiry, we require the following information:
- order number
- name of the buyer and of the recipient
- postal address or email address of the recipient
- email address of the buyer (person making the gift)
We will inform you via email as soon as the original gift card has been cancelled and a new gift card has been issued.
