Foot Care Essentials - Relieving Ritual

Step 1 - RELAX: pour half of the pouch of Relaxing Bath Salts into warm water for a full bath, let the salt dissolve, and soak in for at least 20 minutes. Can also be used as a footbath for tired feet.
Step 2 - RECOVER : massage the Relief Lotion for Tired Leg & Foot in upward strokes from the arches of the feet up to the lower legs to stimulate blood circulation. Reapply as needed.

Warnings Relief Lotion Tired Leg & Feet: Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. This product contains eucalyptus oil. Wash hands after use.
