Can I get my BIRKENSTOCK product repaired? If so where?
In many cases, it is generally possible to have your BIRKENSTOCK sandals repaired. The costs, however, differ, depending on the article, size, material and design. Please send some photos of your product and the damage in advance via email to our repair service at customerservice.pt@birkenstock.com. We will then gladly inform you whether it is possible to repair your product, which costs will be incurred and which steps will be taken next. Repairs must be paid for in advance. Please note that we cannot repair EVA sandals, Papillio models and shoes.
