Can I get my BIRKENSTOCK product repaired? If so where?
Thank you for trusting us with your Birkenstock repairs.

Due to high demand and in order to provide the highest standard of service, we are currently pausing the acceptance of new repair requests until autumn. This allows us to devote our full attention to completing all repairs already underway with the care and precision they deserve.

We will reassess the situation in autumn and hope to be able to resume this service at that time.
