- Gift certificates may not be paid for with gift certificates.
- Gift certificates may not be paid for by means of payment by invoice or cash on delivery. If you wish to purchase gift certificates, please select another payment method.
- Gift certificates may only be redeemed online via www.birkenstock.com/de.
- Gift certificates which were purchased online cannot be redeemed in BIRKENSTOCK stores or with BIRKENSTOCK retailers.
- Birkenstock gift certificates are valid for three years (“expiry date”).
- Any residual balance will remain credited to your gift certificate code until the expiry date. After the expiry date, the balance can no longer be redeemed.
- Gift certificates may only be redeemed on www.birkenstock.com/de.
- Gift certificates cannot be redeemed in BIRKENSTOCK stores or with BIRKENSTOCK retailers.
- Gift certificates can be redeemed during the order process (payment method).
- Should the value of the gift certificate not be sufficient for your purchase, you can settle the balance by means of another payment method accepted by Birkenstock or by entering another gift certificate on the same page (payment method).
- It is possible to use more than one gift certificate for your order. Gift certificates can be combined with special campaign vouchers.
