The Birko® Contact Sport insole was specially designed with the requirements of physical activities in mind. It consists of an anatomically shaped BirkoFlex heel cup with a shock-absorbing foam layer which improves pressure distribution and prevents injuries caused by overexertion.

Upper: Microfibers
Microfibers are a very fine synthetic fibers that are extremely soft and shape-retentive. As with Birko-Flor® the surface is combined with a layer of breathable fleece.
Footbed material: EVA
EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very light, elastic material with very good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned.
