Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please provide your order number and e-mail address in the fields below.
PLEASE NOTE:
- All orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please contact our Customer Service for returns.
- All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Due to the nature of shoecare and care essentials items, we are unable to accept returns. This allows us to uphold the highest standards of product integrity and quality.
- Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at www.birkenstock.com/ph. If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.
- Items purchased on www.birkenstock.com/ph cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.
