ORDERING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Kentucky within 1-5 business days from the date the order is placed on our site. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships and you can track your order. See our Shipping page for more information.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

You can only ship to one address each time you check out. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you'll need to place each order separately.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you no longer want the product, please wait until you have received the order shipment and then follow our Return Instructions to return the product for a refund.

WHAT CARDS DO YOU TAKE AS PAYMENT?

Our system is able to process Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. Your billing address must be a U.S. address. We cannot process credit/debit cards with non-U.S. billing addresses.

Please note, your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Before your order is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a deduction from your account. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank.

WHAT IF MY BIRKENSTOCK FOOTWEAR IS DEFECTIVE?

Please return your order within 30 days of receipt. To get a prepaid return shipping label simply click the link on your shipping confirmation email - this will take you to an order confirmation page - from there use the return shipping label button to generate a shipping label. Print and use this prepaid label to return the product to us. Important - Make a note of your UPS tracking number in case you need to contact us about your return. Please mark that the item(s) is defective on the return form (on the reverse of the packing slip received with your order). On receipt of your return, the item(s) will be inspected. If the merchandise is defective, we will issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order.

Please allow 2-3 weeks (including transit time) for the processing of your refund.

CAN I RETURN MY BIRKENSTOCK FOOTWEAR THAT I BOUGHT FROM A STORE?

We only accept returns from purchases made on www.birkenstock.com/US. If you purchased Birkenstock products from a store, you must return the product to the store from which you purchased under the guidelines of their return policy.

CAN I RETURN MY BIRKENSTOCK THAT I BOUGHT AT ANOTHER WEBSITE?

We only accept returns from purchases made on www.birkenstock.com/US. Please return the product to the e-retailer from which you purchased under the guidelines of their respective return policy.

CAN I RETURN THE BIRKENSTOCK I ORDERED ON YOUR WEBSITE TO MY LOCAL STORE?

No. Items purchased on www.birkenstock.com/US can only be returned using the prepaid UPS label generated from our website. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG FOOTWEAR – HOW DO I GET WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED?

Please return your order within 30 days of receipt. To get a prepaid return shipping label simply click the link on your order confirmation email - this will take you to an order confirmation page - from here use the return shipping label button to generate a shipping label. Print and use this label to return the product to us (labels are for items returned from continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii addresses only). Please mark that the item is NOT what you ordered on the return form (B1 – Not as ordered). On receipt of your return the item will be inspected. If we shipped the wrong item we will issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order.

Some Birkenstock styles are unisex (e.g., the Arizona) and some have been designed with women's styling and movement in mind (e.g., the Mayari and Madrid). Please ensure that you are ordering the correct gender/size during checkout.

WHY DON’T YOU HAVE THE SAME BIRKENSTOCK AS MY LOCAL STORE?

Our website only shows product that we currently have in stock in our warehouse. Your local store may have different inventory available.
