Ich bin nicht sicher, wie damit umzugehen ist, eine Rücksendung lässt sich so nicht vermeiden, egal wie sehr man sich die Bestellung im Vorwege überlegt."
Comfortable shoes
"This is my second pair of low bend shoes. I already have a suede pair, but wanted a leather pair for winter. I am a 5 1/2 UK size, and find size 39 perfect. These shoes are comfortable from the first wear, but love that they mould to your feet with time. The iron is a deep grey, and goes well with jeans, and black and brown trousers."

"Dopo i primi giorni di utilizzo, purtroppo, mi sono venute due grosse vesciche, perché le scarpe sono piuttosto rigide e poco morbide. Credo però che questa sia una caratteristica del marchio. Ora, dopo averle indossate per diversi giorni, posso dire che mi trovo molto bene! Sono davvero belle, hanno un design barefoot che sta benissimo al piede e la pelle è di ottima qualità. In generale, si vede che sono scarpe realizzate con grande cura e con materiali di qualità. Le consiglio sicuramente! Avrei dato 5 stelle se fossero state un po' più morbide e confortevoli fin dal primo utilizzo, senza dover affrontare un periodo di adattamento."

"Das Leder ist sehr steif, was sich zwar beim Tragen wohlmöglich noch geben würde. Allerdings war es an der Ferse innen sehr schmerzhaft, bereits beim bloßem Stehen. Es schabte und hätte mir wohl einige blutige Stellen beschert. Ob es sich nach der Eintragezeit gebessert hätte, kann ich nicht sagen. Ich wünschte mir Sie würden auch hier einen fersenschonenden Einsatz, wie beim Uppsala Mid Natural Leather, verwenden. Dort war der Bereich weich und gleich beim anprobieren nachgiebig. Ansonsten war der Schuh gut verarbeitet und passgenau. Die schlichte Optik ist auch schön."

"I got myself 2 pairs and have had them for about 3 weeks so far, getting equal wear from both pairs. I'm not overweight and I don't walk oddly so am very disappointed at how both pairs are already wearing down at the heel. I expected much better at this price point."

"I bought the standard width and absolutely love them. The insoles are extremely comfortable and they look very nice. I have worn them with jeans and with dresses. Would definitely buy again - although I hope they last for a few years!"

"When I say true to size I was already aw are that my normal 6.5 shoe equated to a 5.5 in Birkenstocks so I ordered appropriately having previously ordered a shoe too big. Quality great and hopefully as long lasting as my sandals."

"La scarpa non saprei valutarla purtroppo per un servizio a dir poco vergognoso. Al momento della ricerca verifico tempi di consegna previsti da 2 a 4...dopo 12 giorni mando io mail per sapere che fine avevano fatto le mie scarpe...e mi rispondono che l'ordine e in consegna...il giorno dopo mi scrivono che il pacco non sarà consegnato per quale motivo non si sa e che il rimborso avverrà entro 14 giorni. Pazzesco..oltre a perdere liquidità ho perso tempo e non si sa per quale assurdo motivo. Vergogna"
