RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To initiate a return, please provide your order number and e-mail address

After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used.

All orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Items need to be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Socks, Shoe care and other personal items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Online returns are free of charge for the first attempt. If for any reason the return pick up needs to be repeated for the same order, it may be chargeable to the customer.
Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at www.birkenstock.com/ae. If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.
Items purchased on www.birkenstock.com/ae cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.
