RETURN POLICY
- Footwear may be returned in it's original purchase condition and packaging, within 15 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection.
- Due to the nature of shoecare and care essentials items, we are unable to accept returns. This allows us to uphold the highest standards of product integrity and quality.
- If you would like to return an item, please go to www.birkenstock.com/ph/returns and follow the instructions.
- After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
- Products purchased on www.birkenstock.com/ph must be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/ph/returns. They cannot be returned to a Birkenstock store or authorized retailer.
AUTHORIZED RETAILER RETURNS
- Products purchased from a Birkenstock authorized retailer, or another online retailer cannot be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/ph or at a Birkenstock store. Please contact the authorized retailer directly for information on their return policy.
HOW DOES RETURNS WORK?

STEP 2: Check your email inbox
You'll receive an email with the return instructions
STEP 3: Package the items securely
Place the product in its original packaging or a suitable box, ensuring that it is properly protected and sealed to prevent any damage during transit.
STEP 4: Attach the return label
Print out the return label attached to this email and securely affix it to the outer packaging of the return shipment. Make sure the label is visible and not obstructed in any way. If you can't print the label, please write your order number and return tracking number on the external packaging.
STEP 5: Drop-off the package
Take the packaged return item to the nearest drop off location to you. You can find the nearest drop off location by clicking here. Please inform the return personnel that the package should be sent to the ZPH Warehouse. Our designated carrier will handle the return from there.
STEP 6: Arrival at warehouse
The returned items will be inspected at our warehouse. If the items are in their original condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
STEP 7: Refund
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed.
