Due to the nature of shoecare and care essentials items, we are unable to accept returns. This allows us to uphold the highest standards of product integrity and quality.
Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at www.birkenstock.com/ph. If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.
Items purchased on www.birkenstock.com/ph cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.
