All orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Due to the nature of shoecare items, we are unable to accept returns. This allows us to uphold the highest standards of product integrity and quality.
Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at www.birkenstock.com/ph. If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.
Items purchased on www.birkenstock.com/ph cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.
