Shipping method and duration

Below are the estimated days it will take for your order to arrive:

• Order preparation and hand over to our delivery partner: Up to 2 business days.
• Order delivery to your address:
  
  NCR (National Capital Region): 2 – 4 business days
  Luzon 1 and 2: 4 – 6 business days
  Visayas and Mindanao: 5 – 9 business days<sup>1

Shipping costs

• Free shipping for orders above 2,000 PHP. For orders below 2,000 PHP, there will be a shipping charge of 250 PHP.

Billing and delivery address

When placing your order, you can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address. To do this, first enter your billing address when ordering. Then click on the button "Specify different delivery address".

Delivery within Philippines

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/ph to addresses within Philippines and only to customers with a Philippines invoice address.
