Are returns free of charge?

Yes, returns are completely free. Please use our Online Return Center (ORC).

Returns are free in all Portuguese regions except Madeira and the Azores. Customers returning items from the Azores and Madeira cannot use the Online Return Centre to complete their return. They must arrange their own return shipment and cover the cost themselves.
