For reasons of sustainability, our returns process is paperless. Please use our returns centre to register your return and download your return label quickly and easily.
HOW DO I RETURN?
After you have received an item you have 30 days to return it to us. To ensure that this process is quick and seamless, please note the following:1. Register your return on

2. Select the items you want to return in our easy-to-use online return center.
3. Generate your QR Code or print your return label.
4. Pack the items you would like to return. We suggest using the same box or boxes that your original order was packed in, to protect the environment. Make sure that all previous labels and stickers are removed from the exterior of the parcel.
5. Bring your closed parcel to the corresponding carrier. You will find the name of the carrier assigned to your return on the return label.
6. Stay up to date. You will receive updates on the status of your return via Email.
8. Receive your refund. When we process your return you will receive an email confirming the refund for your return.
What happens next?
If you have already paid for the item, we will refund you the corresponding amount. We always transfer your refund to the account from which you made the payment, i.e., either your bank account, credit card account or PayPal account.If this is not possible in individual cases, for example for a credit card that is no longer valid, we will ask you for an account to which we can send the refund.
We kindly ask you for your patience and to only contact our customer service if you have not received the email confirming your return 8 days after receiving our email with the link to track your return.
