What payment methods are available?
In our BIRKENSTOCK Online Shop, you can choose from a wide range of secure payment methods:
Payment against invoice – when do I have to transfer the amount by, and where to?
If you have selected the “payment against invoice” option, you will receive the invoice as a PDF file (together with the shipping confirmation) and as a hard copy enclosed with your shipment. The amount is payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.

Why am I not able to select "payment against invoice"?
Sometimes, payment against invoice is not possible. This may be due to one of the following reasons:
In this case, we will be happy to change the payment method to “cash on delivery.” This will enable us to continue processing and delivering the order.

- Delivery at a Packstation
