Why am I not able to select "payment against invoice"?
Sometimes, payment against invoice is not possible. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The billing and delivery addresses do not match.
  • Delivery at a Packstation


In this case, we will be happy to change the payment method to “cash on delivery.” This will enable us to continue processing and delivering the order.
