Step 1: Body
Relaxing Hand & Body Wash: Work up a lather and massage onto wet hands and/or body. Rinse off thoroughly. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Relaxing Hand & Body Lotion: Apply a small amount of lotion daily on dry, clean hands and/ or body and massage in. Reapply as needed.

Step 2: Feet
Nourishing Foot Balm: Massage daily, morning and evening into clean and dry feet. For very dry skin, apply a thick layer of cream, cover the foot with sock & let it soak in.
