These large crystals melt into warm or cool water with no residue, just a feeling of soothing calm. For a full bath, pour 8-10 spoons into warm water, let the salt dissolve, and soak in for at least 20 minutes. Clean and dry the spoon after usage. Can also be used as a footbath for tired feet.
