Shipping method and duration

Below are the estimated days it will take for your order to arrive:

• Order preparation and hand over to our delivery partner: Up to 2 business days
• Order delivery to your address: 1 – 3 business days

Shipping costs

Free shipping for orders above 50 SGD. For orders below 50 SGD, there will be shipping charge of 6 SGD.

Billing and delivery address

When placing your order, you can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address. To do this, first enter your billing address when ordering. Then click on the button "Specify different delivery address".

Delivery within Singapore

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/sg to addresses within Singapore and only to customers with a Singapore invoice address.
