5. WITH WHOM IS MY PERSONAL DATA SHARED?
Even if we share your personal data with service providers, we will ensure that your personal data is processed, protected and disclosed in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
We share your personal data with the following bodies for the purposes stipulated in each case:
Shipping
Within the framework of processing your order and for the purpose of delivering your package, we forward your personal data to delivery and transport companies commissioned with the delivery, provided that this is necessary for the shipment of your ordered goods.
The disclosure of personal data is necessary for the processing of your order and thus for the performance of our contractual obligations and therefore takes place on the basis of Sections 15(2) and (3) of the PDPA.
Customer care
Our service provider(s) may process your personal data in order to provide you with customer care and after-sale services, such as to respond to any communication between you and us when you reach out to us with any feedback or inquiry.
The disclosure of personal data is necessary for the processing the communication and therefore takes place on the basis of Sections 15(1) PDPA.
Fraud prevention
Should you choose payment via invoice, it is our legitimate interest that we are able to assess the related financial risks before the conclusion of the contract. If you choose the payment method “Payment via invoice”, we thus forward your personal data (name, address and possibly your date of birth) to a financial service provider for the purpose of a credit check to assess the risk of non-payment on the basis of mathematical and statistical procedures by using your address data and to verify your address (check of deliverability). The legal basis for this disclosure is Section 17(1) read with Part 3, First Schedule to the PDPA. The disclosure is based on our legitimate interest in your ability to pay for a purchase of our products in case of a payment by invoice.
Credit check
When orders are placed, we carry out a fraud screening and disclose your order details to our service providers for this purpose. Should, on the basis of this screening, an order be assessed as bearing a risk, your order may be cancelled.
If you choose payment via invoice or payment via PayPal, we disclose your order data (name, address, gender, date of birth, value of the shopping cart, time of the order, IP address, means of payment) to a service provider having its seat in Germany for purposes of fraud prevention.
If you choose to make the payment by credit card, we disclose your personal data to a service provider having its seat in the USA. During the fraud screening carried out by this service provider, probability values are used on the basis of which orders are detected which contain a fraud risk for us. Depending on the chosen payment method, our payment service providers may collect information about you so that they can allocate the personal data of your order to your payment and so that they can make the payment on your behalf. During this process, we cannot see your payment-related information, such as your credit card data.

Claims management
If there are any outstanding claims from your orders, we will contact you via email with another payment request. 6. IS MY PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED TO THIRD COUNTRIES?

It may be the case that there is no level of protection of your personal data comparable to the PDPA in these countries. Such a transfer therefore only takes place if you grant your explicit consent for the transfer of your personal data to recipients outside Singapore (Section 26(1) of the PDPA read with Regulations 10(1) and (2) of the Personal Data Protection Regulations 2021). 7. HOW LONG IS MY PERSONAL DATA STORED FOR?
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with Section 25 of the PDPA for as long as we are legally obliged to store it or for as long as we require your personal data for the purposes specified in clause 4. Subsequently, the processing of your personal data will be restricted and/or your personal data will be deleted in order to comply with the principle of data minimization and retention limitation.

You can request access to your personal data processed by us pursuant to Section 21(1) of the PDPA. In your request for access you should provide details about your concern in order to facilitate our provision of the necessary personal data. Please note that your right of access may under certain circumstances be restricted pursuant to the statutory provisions (in particular in respect of matters specified in the Fifth Schedule to the PDPA).
Right to correction
Should your information not or nor longer be correct, you can request a correction pursuant to Section 22(1) of the PDPA. Should your personal data be incomplete, you can request a completion.
Right to erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data. Your right to erasure inter alia depends on whether the personal data concerning you is necessary for the performance of our contractual or statutory obligations.
Right to restriction of processing
You may request a restriction of the processing of your personal data.
Right to object
You may request to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons resulting from your special situation. However, we may not be able to comply with such a request, for example if there are statutory regulations on the basis of which we are obliged to process your personal data. You can request access to your personal data processed by us pursuant to Section 21(1) of the PDPA. In your request for access you should provide details about your concern in order to facilitate our provision of the necessary personal data. Right to erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data. Your right to erasure inter alia depends on whether the personal data concerning you is necessary for the performance of our contractual or statutory obligations.
Right to restriction of processing
You may request a restriction of the processing of your personal data.
Right to object
You may request to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons resulting from your special situation. However, we may not be able to comply with such a request, for example if there are statutory regulations on the basis of which we are obliged to process your personal data. If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to withdraw any consent given, pursuant to Section 16(1) of the PDPA.
Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority
We undertake to cooperate with you to arrive at a fair solution regarding any complaints concerning data protection.
Irrespective of this, you naturally also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in your place of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes data protection legislation as applicable.

11. ARE THERE AUTOMATED CASE-BY-CASE DECISIONS OR PROFILING MEASURES?
We do not use any automated processing measures to make a decision, including profiling, that has legal effect vis-à-vis you or may constitute a significant impairment for you.
