You need two sheets of paper (DIN A4), a pencil and a ruler.

That’s how it’s done: we recommend that you use a thin pen (a pencil or a ball pen). A thick pen (felt-tip or marker) can distort the result.

Place the sheets of paper on the floor. Stand upright on the paper so that your heels touch the wall.

Measure the length: mark the longest toe of each foot.

Measure the width: with the help of a pencil, mark the outermost points at the left and right side of the balls of your feet.
