SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In addition to a unique shopping experience in the BIRKENSTOCK online shop, we also offer quick and convenient shipping of your order.

Shipping method and duration

• Our Standard delivery will reach you in 1 to 2 business days after you submit your order. We will send you a Shippping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse.
• We also offer Express Same Day delivery option. Due to operational limitations, this shipping method is only available on orders delivered to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman and placed from Monday to Saturday between 12AM to 12PM GST.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping
  Shipping is free of charge for invoice totals of 400 AED or more. We charge 15 AED for orders of less than 400 AED.
• Express shipping
  Shipping charge for orders with value above 400 AED is 20 AED. Orders of value less than 400 AED, we charge 35 AED.

Invoice and delivery address

You can specify an address other than the invoice address for delivery of your order. First enter your invoice address for the order. Then click on the 'Enter different delivery address button'. The only payment option for which a different delivery address is not possible is purchase on account.

Delivery within United Arab Emirates

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/ae-en and birkenstock.com/ae to addresses within United Arab Emirates and only to customers with United Arab Emirates invoice address.
