Application
Step 1 - RELAX: pour half of the pouch of Relaxing Bath Salts into warm water for a full bath, let the salt dissolve, and soak in for at least 20 minutes. Can also be used as a footbath for tired feet.
Step 2 - EXFOLIATE: apply the Exfoliating Foot Scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in circular motion onto feet and lower legs to improve blood circulation. Rinse with warm water. Ideally prepares the skin for footcare routine.
Step 3 - CARE (foot and body) : massage the Nourishing Foot Balm daily, morning and evening, into clean and dry feet. For very dry skin, apply a thick layer of cream, cover the foot with sock & let it soak in. Warm up the Comforting Dry Oil in the palm of your hands and gently massage onto body, insisting on very dry areas. Add this product into our Foot Balm for an enhanced nourishing effect.
Step 4 - RECOVER : massage the Relief Lotion for Tired Leg & Foot in upward strokes from the arches of the feet up to the lower legs to stimulate blood circulation. Reapply as needed.
Warnings Relief Lotion Tired Leg & Feet: Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. This product contains eucalyptus oil. Wash hands after use. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for pregnant and/or breast-feeding women.
