In addition to a unique shopping experience in the BIRKENSTOCK online shop, we also offer quick and convenient shipping of your order.

Shipping method and duration

Below are the estimated days it will take for your order to arrive:

• Order preparation and hand over to our delivery partner: Up to 2 business days
• Order delivery to your address: 1 - 3 business days
  

  DELIVERY NOTICE: Our warehouse will undergo scheduled maintenance activities from Sunday, 28th September to Thursday, 2rd October.
  Orders placed during this time will be shipped from our warehouse from Friday, 3rd October onwards. Kindly expect a delay of an additional 3-5 days for your orders to arrive.
  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping costs

Free shipping for orders above 300 HKD. For orders below 300 HKD, there will be a shipping charge of 19 HKD.

Billing and delivery address

When placing your order, you can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address. To do this, first enter your billing address when ordering. Then click on the button "Specify different delivery address".

Delivery within Hong Kong

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/hk to addresses within Hong Kong and only to customers with a Hong Kong invoice address.
