Shipping method and duration

Below are the estimated days it will take for your order to arrive:

• Order preparation and hand over to our delivery partner: Up to 2 business days.
• Order delivery to your address: 1 - 3 business days

Shipping costs

• Free shipping for orders above 300 HKD. For orders below 300 HKD, there will be a shipping charge of 19 HKD.

Billing and delivery address

When placing your order, you can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address. To do this, first enter your billing address when ordering. Then click on the button "Specify different delivery address".

Delivery within Hong Kong

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/hk to addresses within Hong Kong and only to customers with a Hong Kong invoice address.
