What happens once an order is completed?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all your order details. If you have a customer account, you can check your order status anytime under “My Order History”.

When your order ships, we’ll send you another email notification with your tracking link and invoice as a PDF. You can track your order every step of the way using our tracking link or directly on the courier’s website with your tracking number.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Can I also place an order by phone, fax, or mail?
