Get your order in time for Christmas
To ensure that your Christmas shopping arrives on time before the festive season, you can order until 15 December.

Shipping method and duration

Depending on the location of our warehouses, delivery times can range from 2 to 5 business days . This detailed information will be presented to you when selecting products on our online store.

Orders are shipped with EVRi or PARCELFORCE.

Shipping costs

Birkenstock members are eligible for free standard shipping with EVRi on orders over £100 placed via www.birkenstock.com/gb. This benefit is subject to fair use and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

For non-members, shipping fees apply to all orders irrespective of value and will vary depending on the selected carrier.

Shipping methods:

Standard shipping with EVRi Signature on Delivery: We charge shipping fees in the amount of is £5.95, and free on orders over £100 for birkenstock members.

Standard (Parcelforce): £9.95

Invoice and delivery address

You can specify an address other than the invoice address for delivery of your order. First enter your invoice address for the order. Then click on the 'Enter different delivery address button'. The only payment option for which a different delivery address is not possible is purchase on account.

Delivery within the UK

Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/gb to addresses within the UK and only to customers with a UK invoice address.

Know where your items are at all times

If you have registered with us, you can view and track your orders under 'My account'.

We’ll also send you a package tracking link in the shipping confirmation. So you’ll be able to track your package at all times. It can take up to 24 hours before EVRi activates this link after we send your package.
