Which limitations and conditions apply to gift cards?
There are some limitations applying to the use of gift cards which are purchased via www.birkenstock.com/de:- gift cards may not be paid for with gift cards.
- gift cards may not be paid for by means of payment by invoice or cash on delivery. If you wish to purchase gift cards, please select another payment method.
- gift cards may only be redeemed online via www.birkenstock.com/gb.
- gift cards which were purchased online cannot be redeemed in BIRKENSTOCK stores or with BIRKENSTOCK retailers.
- Birkenstock gift cards are valid for three years (“expiry date”).
- Any residual balance will remain credited to your gift card code until the expiry date. After the expiry date, the balance can no longer be redeemed.
- gift cards may only be redeemed on www.birkenstock.com/gb.
- gift cards cannot be redeemed in BIRKENSTOCK stores or with BIRKENSTOCK retailers.
- gift cards can be redeemed during the order process (payment method).
- Should the value of the gift card not be sufficient for your purchase, you can settle the balance by means of another payment method accepted by Birkenstock or by entering another gift card on the same page (payment method).
- It is possible to use more than one gift card for your order. gift cards can be combined with special campaign vouchers.
