As with all BIRKENSTOCK sandals, our Big Buckle styles feature our signature, anatomically shaped footbed, made from high-quality natural materials. Developed based on a natural footprint in the sand, the footbed supports every curve and contour of the foot. From the deep heel cup to the raised toe bar, each detail of the construction serves a specific purpose and provides all-day support and comfort.
BIG BUCKLE SANDALS FOR NORMAL, SLENDER AND WIDE FEET
Our Big Buckle collection is available in sizes 2.5-9, and many of the models are available in two different widths – regular and narrow – so that feet of all shapes and sizes are comfortable. The “regular” width is perfect for both normal and wide feet – the straps can be adjusted to find the perfect fit – while the “narrow” width has been developed for slender feet.
You’ll know your Big Buckle sandals fit correctly if your feet fit completely inside the footbeds. There should be a space of approximately 5 mm between your heel and the footbed edge, and approximately 10 mm between your toes and the footbed edge.
