MEASURE YOUR FOOT WIDTH

Here’s how you measure your foot width:

Position your feet flat on the ground and place a measuring tape under the balls of your feet.
Measure the widest area from the inner edge to the outer edge.
Check your measured foot width in millimetres.
If your foot measures between two sizes, choose the next size up, as your feet will expand slightly the more you use them.

Here’s how you measure your foot length:

Stand with your heel against a wall.
Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe.
Check your measured foot length in millimetres.
If your foot measures between two sizes, choose the next size up, as your feet will expand slightly the more you use them.
