Return Policy
BIRKENSTOCK.COM/CA RETURNS
- We have extended our Returns Policy for Holiday 2025.This holiday season, orders placed from November 20th 2025 through December 25th 2025 can be returned up until the 31st of January 2026, subject to our returns policy. All other orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Footwear and accessories may be returned or exchanged, in original purchase condition and packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Products purchased on www.birkenstock.com/ca must be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/ca/returns/. They cannot be returned to a Birkenstock store or authorized retailer.
- Footwear and accessories may be returned or exchanged, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
- If you would like to return an item, please go to www.birkenstock.com/ca/returns/ and follow the instructions.
- After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Any shipping charges from your order will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
- If you mistakenly return an item to Birkenstock that is not an authentic or authorized Birkenstock product, please reach out to our Customer Service team at 855-999-4166 or via email at customerservice@birkenstockca.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to help locate and recover the incorrectly returned item, Birkenstock is not responsible for replacing, returning, or providing compensation for any non-Birkenstock items sent to us by mistake and cannot be held liable for such mistakes.
- Products purchased from a Birkenstock authorized retailer or another online retailer cannot be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/ca or at a Birkenstock store. Please contact the authorized retailer directly for information on their return policy.
