Sehr schade, ich hätte die Schuhe gerne im Shop vor Ort in der kleineren Größe gekauft!!! Musste aber die Schuhe komplett zurückschicken, da auch der Umtausch nicht online angeboten wurde, sehr schade!!! Das finde ich in der heutigen Zeit etwas schade!!!"

"Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht mehr. Das Leder ist so dünn und weich, dass der Schuh zusammenfällt. Man kann nicht einfach hineinschlüpfen, sondern muss das Obermaterial erstmal an der „Zunge“ hochheben, damit man hineinkommt. Im Zehenbereich wurde das Material von innen verstärkt, damit der Schuh seine Form behält. Die Qualität ist mit meinen alten Exemplaren dieses Modells absolut nicht mehr zu vergleichen und dafür kostet es aber fast doppelt so viel. Vielleicht das Ende meiner Birkenstock-Liebe."

Suede is softer and more flexible by nature and does not have the same stability as smooth leather. The stability of suede also varies from hide to hide. Insole: Natural leather
Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. BIRKENSTOCK purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features. BIRKENSTOCK uses sturdy leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2 millimeters as upper material.
