WHAT IS THE BIRKENSTOCK SOFT FOOTBED?
The BIRKENSTOCK Soft Footbed has the same supportive properties as our original footbed, but with an additional latex foam layer for extra cushioning and an even softer, more forgiving feel underfoot. This latex foam layer contains millions of tiny air bubbles, creating a spongier step that’s especially comfortable for people with sensitive feet – including those with low arches and those who suffer from plantar fasciitis.
Because the latex slightly softens the arch profile, many find the break-in period gentler and more comfortable too.
