How to Take a Sea Salt Bath at Home
If you don’t fancy trekking to the ocean to sift sea salt by hand, don’t worry. Our Relaxing Bath Salts have the benefits of sea salts all packaged up for you, only ever a scoop and sprinkle away.
1. Choose your moment: Any time works - morning reset or evening wind-down. The salts dissolve in warm or cool water, so it’s a ritual that can fit any season.
2. Add the salts: Pour 8–10 spoonfuls into your bath water and give them time to dissolve.
3. Let the scent do its part: As the salts dissolve, breathe in the scent of natural essential oils - cedarwood to clear the mind, rosemary and juniper to gently lift the senses.
4. Soak, unhurried: Step in and soak for at least 20 minutes. Use it as a full bath, or as a foot soak when time is limited.
5. Rinse and reset: Once finished, rinse as usual - Relaxing Bath Salts leave no residue behind. Don’t forget to dry and store your spoon for next time.
