How do I receive a gift card?
When the order of the gift card is completed, we will send the gift card via email to the email address indicated in the order process. In case you did not receive an email, please also check your spam folder.You can access your gift card as follows:
- via the email with the subject line “A gift card from”.
- Open the email in your inbox. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.
- In this email, you can find the gift card with the 16-digit code.
You can print any number of copies of your gift card. However, the gift card code can only be used until the amount is fully used up.
