WHAT MAKES THE BIRKENSTOCK LUTRY A PREMIUM MODEL?
The “Premium” label is earned by the Lutry’s premium cork-rubber outsole. Thanks to its high elasticity, rubber is very well suited for outsoles. It has good cushioning, supports the natural rolling motion of the foot, and is very robust, which means that these slippers are even sturdy enough for quick trips outside.
THE TWO WAYS TO WEAR THE BIRKENSTOCK LUTRY CLOG
The convertible backstrap puts style and comfort in your hands. There are two ways to wear it: as a backstrap style or an open clog. Wear it as a backstrap style when you need extra security and support, and flip it forward when you want a more relaxed look or the convenience of slipping them on and off easily around the house. The best part? You can switch it up throughout the day depending on where your mood takes you!

The footbed has been meticulously crafted and perfected over decades to support every curve and contour of the foot, for unparalleled comfort and support day in, day out. What’s more, the footbed in the Lutry is replaceable, so you can swap out the old footbeds for new ones to maintain the same level of comfort and support as when they were new.
Looking beyond the footbed, the flexible ankle strap features an adjustable metal pin buckle for ultimate customisation, helping you to find the most secure and comfortable fit for your feet.

The Lutry offers a choice of luxurious suede, durable nubuck leather, and lightweight textile uppers. The BIRKENSTOCK Lutry Premium in suede hugs the foot like a second skin for a cosy and comforting fit, while our lightweight textile styles are perfect for warmer months. For extra warmth during cooler months, choose a pair lined with shearling or Birkiwool – ideal companions for chilly days working from home or cosy evenings curled up indoors.

All Lutry models also come with replaceable footbeds, allowing you to extend the life of your favourite pair by simply swapping out the old footbeds for new ones.
The replaceable footbeds also help to make your Lutry slippers work for you year-round. Choose from the Standard Footbed for slippers for a classic feel or the Shearling Footbed for slippers for extra warmth during colder months. This adaptability means your slippers will remain comfortable and suitable for wear throughout the seasons.
BIRKENSTOCK LUTRY SIZING AND FIT
Lutry slippers are suitable for both men and women. They are available in sizes 2.5-13 and in a choice of two widths – “regular” and “narrow”. Bear in mind that for women, the “narrow” width closely resembles a medium fit rather than a true narrow, while the regular fit is suitable for wider feet or for those who like to wear thick, cosy socks with their slippers.
If you plan to switch to a shearling footbed, keep in mind that it takes up extra space in the Lutry. To ensure a more comfortable fit, you may want to size up.
