Delete Your Launch360 Account

You can delete your Launch360 Account at any time. If you change your mind, you might not be able to recover it.

Step 1: Learn What Deleting Your Account Means

  • You’ll lose all the data and content in that account, like addresses, payment methods, order history, coupons etc.
  • You’ll lose access to promotions and programs associated with our account.

If Your Account Has Been Hacked

Before you delete a hacked or compromised account, consider check what parts of your account were accessed without your permission. That way, you can take steps to reduce further harm caused by the hacker. For example, if you:

  • Save passwords in your Velocity Account, you can find out if they were accessed so you know if they need to be changed.

  • Delivery address changed to another person, you can find out if they were accessed so you know if they need to be changed.

Step 2: Review & Download Your Info

Before you delete your account:

  • Review the info in your account. Learn how to download data that you want to keep.

Step 3: Delete Your Account

Note: If you have more than one Velocity Account, deleting one won’t delete the others.

  1. Go to your Velocity Account.
  2. Navigate to "Profile Details"
  3. In "Delete account" section press "Continue to Account deletion".
  4. Follow the instructions to delete your account.
