All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the U.S. Any shipments outside of the U.S. are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Ohio within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships, and you can track your order.
4. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost details are as follows:
UPS Ground Shipping:- For full-price items: Free for members or free for one purchase with a combination of email and SMS sign-up.
- For sale items: $5.95.
- For sale items combined with full-price items: Free for members or free for one purchase with a combination of email and SMS sign-up.
- $25 for all orders (not available in Alaska or Hawaii)
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 1-844-505-4055.
