The BIRKENSTOCK Gary is a flat lace-up shoe that impresses with its unlined design, which prevents it from rubbing – meaning it can even be worn without socks. This version has a subtle metallic look and gives this classic model a new sheen. The upper is made of soft suede.

Suede is a split leather with a napped finish. It has a velvety surface and is very soft to the touch. It also boasts a high moisture absorption capacity. Suede is softer and more flexible by nature and does not have the same stability as smooth leather. The stability of suede also varies from hide to hide. Insole: Microfibre
Microfibre is a skin-friendly material which is soft and yet tear-resistant. Because they are free of animal products they are used as the covering material for the lining of footbeds in vegan products, among other things.

Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.
