First-time customers will need to register with Cash App Afterpay and provide payment details. If you’ve used Cash App Afterpay before, just log into your Cash App Afterpay account. Then complete your order—it’s that easy!

HOW DOES THE CASH APP AFTERPAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
For pay-in-4 payments, generally customers are required to make their down payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.
For monthly payments, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete.
For all Cash App Afterpay payments, you can log in to your Cash App Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE CASH APP AFTERPAY?
Cash App Afterpay orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business and in accordance with Birkenstock’s Shipping Policy, like any order placed on Birkenstock.com/us.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH CASH APP AFTERPAY?
If you have changed your mind, you can return or exchange your Cash App Afterpay purchase per the Birkenstock Return Policy. In the event a refund is due, Cash App Afterpay will be notified and will process the appropriate refunds.
If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service, will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.
