HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details. If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order—it’s that easy!
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for payment with Afterpay and the total amount due must be between $35 and $2,000.

HOW DOES THE AFTERPAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
For pay-in-4 payments, generally customers are required to make their down payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.
For monthly payments, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete.
For all Afterpay payments, you can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
You can log into your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is not eligible for purchases using GiftNow.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?
Afterpay orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business and in accordance with Birkenstock’s Shipping Policy, like any order placed on Birkenstock.com/us.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY?
If you have changed your mind, you can return or exchange your Afterpay purchase per the Birkenstock Return Policy. In the event a refund is due, Afterpay will be notified and will process the appropriate refunds.
If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service, will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.
